Application of Acrel AC Three Phase Energy Meter in Vietnam Solar System

摘要:本文介紹了PZ96L和AMC96L在越南光伏逆變器上的應(yīng)用。目前，電網(wǎng)公司通常要求光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為不可逆流發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，即光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)的電由本地負(fù)荷消耗，即自發(fā)自用。在并網(wǎng)發(fā)電和儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)中，由于外部環(huán)境是不斷變化的，為了防止光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)逆向發(fā)電，系統(tǒng)需要進(jìn)行逆流檢測(cè)，通過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)配電變壓器低壓出口側(cè)的功率信號(hào)來調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電功率，從而達(dá)到光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的防逆流功能。

Abstract:This article introduces the application of PZ96L and AMC96L in Vietnam photovoltaic inverters. Right now, grid companies usually require photovoltaic grid-connected systems to be irreversible , that is, the electricity generated by photovoltaic grid-connected systems is consumed by local loads, and excess electricity is not allowed to supply to the grid. The system can regulate power generation in order to prevent the photovoltaic grid-connected system from generating reverse power.

一家做光伏發(fā)電的公司，在確認(rèn)了我司PZ96L和AMC96L的協(xié)議可以跟他們目前使用的太陽能逆變器對(duì)接后，選擇購買這兩款表來作為光伏交流部分的電量統(tǒng)計(jì)，來確保不會(huì)把光伏產(chǎn)生的電流輸送向國網(wǎng)。  

The photovoltaic power generation company in Vietnam, after confirming that our company’s PZ96L and AMC96L protocols can be connected to their current solar inverters, they chose to purchase these two models as the electricity statistics of the photovoltaic AC part to ensure that the electricity generated by photovoltaic will not be sent to the state grid.

PZ Series electric energy meters, adopting AC sampling technology, can measure many three phase grid electrical parameters such as current, voltage, power, electric energy etc. directly or indirectly. It may be used for local display, and connected with the control equipment to form measuring and controlling system. Fitted with RS-485 communication port, adopting compatible Modbus-RTU protocol, meters can switch electric parameter signal into standard  analog output, with four-channel (two-channel) switching input / two-channel switching output.

Based on different requirements, by keys on the faceplate, electric parameters for transformation ratio, alarm, communication etc. can be set up and controlled. PZ series meters have extra high price performance ratio, can simply replace traditional electric transducer and measuring meters .As an advanced intelligent, digital front end acquisition component, this electric meters have widely used in various control system, SCADA system and energy source management system.

在太陽能光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中，智能光伏匯流箱減少了太陽能光伏電池陣列與逆變器之間的連線。智能光伏匯流箱可以監(jiān)測(cè)光電池陣列中電池板運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，組串電流，防雷器狀態(tài)、直流斷路器狀態(tài)。裝置帶有RS485接口可以把測(cè)量和采集到的數(shù)據(jù)和設(shè)備狀態(tài)上傳。

In the solar PV power generation system, the smart PV combiner box reduces the connection between the solar PV cell array and the inverter. The box can monitor the operating status of the solar panels, lightning protector and DC circuit breaker. With RS485 interface, the device can upload the measured and collected data and equipment status.
